Learn about famous places, local dishes, native animals and more for each of the 50 states!
Along the way, kids will learn a little about some historical figures, like Abraham Lincoln and Jackie Robinson, as well as some famous geographical features like the Rocky Mountains and the Mississippi River.
Lessons
- California (Ages 5–11): Put on your hiking boots and marvel at California's giant redwood trees
- Florida (Ages 5–11): Slather on some sunscreen, and see if you can spot a gator in Florida's everglades!
- Delaware (Ages 5–11): For such a small state, Delaware has a ton of interesting plants and animals (including lots and lots of chickens!)
- Illinois (Ages 5–11): Reach for the sky and learn about the history of the modern skyscraper in Illinois!
- Alaska (Ages 5–11): Grab your binoculars, and maybe we can spot an Alaska moose or even a humpback whale!
